The beautiful state of KERALA, INDIA experienced one of the worst natural disasters in it's history during August-2018. The state, popularly known as God’s Own Country, witnessed the worst flood since 1924 caused by incessant rainfall. Close to 450 deaths have been reported, 11,000 homes destroyed and about 800,000 people displaced.With the rains having finally subsided, the immense recovery effort is now underway to get the state of Kerala back on its feet and the people back in their homes.
